Web analytics and online marketing services provider Omniture said yesterday that PriceGrabber.com, an online comparison-shopping site, deployed the Omniture SiteCatalyst Suite.
The suite provides real-time analytics to measure and improve business performance.
Prior to using Omniture, Los Angeles-based PriceGrabber.com used a proprietary Web analytics system that required IT to pull time-consuming reports regularly to meet numerous requests from executives and department heads.
Omniture, Orem, UT, said that as PriceGrabber.com continued to expand, a comprehensive and intuitive system was needed to let managers conveniently monitor key site statistics and trends.
