Omnicom Media Group has renewed a multiyear contract with Donovan Data Systems, the two organizations announced September 28. DDS will provide the advertising, marketing and communications holding company with management systems and services as part of the deal, for which financial terms were not disclosed.
Participating Omnicom agencies will use DDS’ iDesk for digital ad campaign management and BrandOcean, a workflow management tool.
The length of the contract was not specified.
Steve Peeples, managing director of service and product for DDS, said Omnicom is a “long-standing client” and that his firm had relationships with Omnicom companies including DDB and BBDO “before there was an Omnicom.”
Agencies under the OMG umbrella that will use DDS’ technologies include OMD and PHD in the US and Canada, BBDO in Germany, OMD in Ireland, OMD International, PHD Media Ltd. and Rapp, according to Peeples.
Isabelle Gauvry, director of PR for OMG, said the company had no further comment beyond a prepared statement.
