Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals hired OKS-Ameridial Worldwide, North Canton, OH, to provide inbound call support on sales of its non-prescription supplements.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed. Among Berkeley's products are Avlimil and Enzyte, a “natural male enhancement” that is promoted from DRTV ads.
Berkeley picked an outsourced teleservices provider because of call volume increases after the company became a NASCAR sponsor and also stepped up its DRTV campaigns. OKS-Ameridial will assist Berkeley with call spikes, provide customer service support and transmit orders.
OKS-Ameridial has assigned 68 agents to Berkeley and plans to double the size of the team over the next few weeks. The teleservices provider also may open additional call centers to service the new client.
