New York Mint taps JunctionMCR for multichannel integration

Leading rare and collectible coin marketer New York Mint has selected JunctionMCR from Junction Solutions to manage its business across multiple sales channels and integrate processes.

New York Mint offers a selection of rare and hard-to-find U.S. coins, other collectibles, custom-made jewelry and ancient artifacts through an e-commerce Web site at www.newyorkmint.net  and a catalog. The company’s founder and CEO Bill Gale also regularly appears on various TV shopping channels selling his products.

New York Mint chose Junction Solutions, Lincolnshire, IL, to help integrate its warehouse, order management, fulfillment and customer service processes inside its 55,00-sq.-ft. headquarters in Edina, MN.

The platform is built on the Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP solution and can analyze marketing campaigns as well as the entire process, including customer service, order entry, shipping and returns.
