New Roads Picks Up AllStar Marketing as Fulfillment Client

DALLAS — New Roads Inc. is expected to announce today at the National Conference on Operations & Fulfillment that it has signed a multiyear agreement to do customer service, product fulfillment and freight management for AllStar Marketing.

New Roads, Greenwich, CT, will handle AllStar Marketing's business-to-consumer and business-to-business orders.

Through partnerships with credit card companies, AllStar Marketing offers consumers upsell items such as sports memorabilia, lamps and flashlights via the partners' direct mail pieces. AllStar Marketing, Elmsford, NY, also offers its products to small bricks-and-mortar retailers, which usually order one or two 25-item packs to resell.

New Roads has 13 fulfillment houses and seven call centers across the United States. The company has more than 200 clients, including AOL.com, Victoria's Secret, Godiva and Procter & Gamble.

Terms for its deal with AllStar Marketing were not announced.

The NCOF kicked off yesterday and runs through Wednesday.
