With the intent of forming a stronger and more resourceful e-commerce and interactive marketing firm, NetXposure, Portland, OR, an e-commerce and interactive marketing agency, and e-commerce firm Midnight Madness, Portland, OR, are merging their operations. The new company will retain the name NetXposure.
The new NetXposure will offer e-commerce solutions for medium-sized businesses, online brand building for traditional and Web brands along with interactive marketing consultation and creative services. The NetXposure Tokyo office also will provide American companies with marketing strategies and plans to sell products throughout Asia.
