Online shopping site NetMarket (www.netmarket.com), Stamford, CT, and magazine retailer The Electronic Newsstand (www.enews.com), Washington, DC, recently agreed to integrate their offerings to help make brand-name products and services available to consumers.
Through this performance-based agreement, The Electronic Newsstand will develop a private label, customized site on NetMarket so it can incorporate magazine offerings into different NetMarket stores. Magazines will be displayed on appropriate stores. For example, Parents Magazine will be placed alongside baby strollers and cribs. Consumers will have the ability to purchase magazine subscriptions from The Electronic Newsstand directly from the NetMarket site.
