Net.Genesis, Cambridge, MA, this week partnered with IBM, Armonk, NY, to integrate its net.Analysis with IBM's WebSphere product family to develop a product that will enable e-businesses to combine Web data with enterprise data.
The technology will enable firms to develop targeted site content and deliver personalized products and services, and it will offer firms improved customer relationship management.
The agreement is the latest in a series of initiatives from the companies to extend their e-business efforts.
