E-mail list development and management firm NetCreations, New York, and Web site services provider LinkExchange are partnering to make NetCreation's database of 1.5 million Internet users available to small business owners looking to send targeted e-mail offers.
Through the agreement, LinkExchange will feature NetCreation's PostMaster Direct Response service on LinkExchange's Web site promotion store, LinkExchange Express (http://store.linkexchange.com/). PostMaster Direct (www.postmasterdirect.com/) provides marketers of all sizes with a database containing 1.5 million e-mail addresses in more than 9,000 topical categories of people who have asked to receive commercial announcements through e-mail.
