Neiman Marcus Starts Site for Rewards Program

Neiman Marcus launched a Web site devoted exclusively to its InCircle Rewards customer loyalty program this month.

When it launched 21 years ago, InCircle was the first-ever retail customer loyalty program, according to Neiman Marcus. Participating customers get one InCircle Rewards dollar for every dollar spent using their Neiman Marcus charge card. Customers are eligible to redeem points for gifts after earning 5,000 points in a calendar year.

The new site, incircle.com, features details about the program, the 2005 Wish Book and exclusive online offers. It went live April 1.

This month Neiman Marcus mailed its 2005 Wish Book, which highlights many of the rewards available to InCircle members. Rewards in this year's book include a Canyon Ranch spa visit for four accompanied by cosmetics personality Bobbie Brown and a kitchen makeover by the culinary experts at Viking plus in-home cooking lessons from chef Waldy Malouf.
