Neiman Marcus Online will use Coremetrics Marketforce for Retail to track and analyze online customer and visitor behavior at its Neiman Marcus, Horchow and Chef's Catalog Web sites, Coremetrics, Burlingame, CA, said yesterday.
Coremetrics Marketforce for Retail uses patent-pending, browser-based technology to gather and store behavioral information from the visitor's browser. It records interactions in real time to build profiles used in Coremetrics Marketforce reporting and analysis.
