NCP Solutions selected Firstlogic's Postalsoft mail automation solutions to enhance its products and services, Firstlogic, La Crosse, WI, said yesterday.
NCP Solutions, Birmingham, AL, provides a range of printed documents and e-commerce solutions. A full-service provider for the creation, development, delivery and tracking of customer communications, NCP serves the financial services industry.
NCP chose the Postalsoft address correction and encoding as well as data and list management technologies. The address correction and encoding technology corrects, completes and standardizes address data to help mailings reach their destination with maximum postage discounts.
“This solution gives us more granular control over the final address, which helps maximize mailing efficiency for our customers,” said Tim Cooper, vice president of information technology at NCP.
The firm will use Firstlogic's data and list management solutions to more accurately identify and target customers.
