ORLANDO, FL — PreVision Marketing, Lincoln, MA, a customer relationship management firm, introduced a campaign management tool Sunday that is part of its total CRM offering. The announcement was made at the 26th National Center for Database Marketing conference and exhibition.
The campaign tool, Campaign Optimizer, combines consumer marketing intelligence, advanced analytical methods and technology to help marketers understand their customer optimization capabilities and market to the right customers.
It allows for strategic market planning, investment monitoring, audience planning and selection, promotion offer matching, active marketing file generation, promotion history and response tracking. The tool also allows marketers to track their return on investment for each campaign.
The Campaign Optimizer is part of PreVision's Previsionware suite, which also integrates online/offline customer databases and Web-based reporting. Previsionware is offered as a secure application service provider model, allowing rapid setup and deployment on any operating system.
