KnowledgeBase — which introduced the solution at the National Center for Database Marketing show — said Impact integrates business intelligence, Web intelligence, advanced analytics, campaign management and personalized outbound communications, providing end-users with a 360-degree view of their customers. Impact can help companies to deploy targeted programs, monitor and track the effectiveness of campaigns and revise strategies based on analyses of campaigns.
KnowledgeBase will offer Impact in an application service provider-hosted environment, providing businesses with more timely deployments and lower internal resource requirements. The company said the ASP environment eliminates the need to add internal staffing, hardware and software and reduces implementation time and associated costs. KnowledgeBase clients will be able to access Impact from their desktops.
