NBC Internet Inc., San Francisco, yesterday acquired Husdawg Communications Inc., a provider of electronic registration and customer relationship management services to the computer software and hardware industry.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
NBC Internet plans to merge Husdawg with its NBCi Direct division, which specializes in electronic list management and database marketing through the Internet.
Husdawg will continue to develop and market electronic registration services to its clients, which include Mattel Interactive, Havas Interactive, H&R Block, GT Interactive, Logitech and Interplay.
