NativeMinds, a provider of automated online customer service care, will join the Siebel Alliance Program as a software partner.
Siebel, San Mateo, CA, creates e-business software that integrates sales, marketing and customer service channels. San Francisco-based NativeMinds online customer service representatives, or vReps, search pre-existing Web site and customer relationship management databases to find answers to questions.
Under the alliance, NativeMinds will integrate Siebel's latest software, eBusiness 2000, with its vRep technology. In turn, Web sites running Siebel eBusiness Applications will use vReps. Once completed, the integration will be submitted to Siebel's validation program for technical review.
“Combining virtual representative technology with Siebel eBusiness Applications will provide customers with more intuitive interfaces for customer care and a deeper, conversational understanding of customer needs and issues,” said Andrew deVries, vice president of marketing at NativeMinds.
NativeMinds declined to reveal the fees involved with Siebel's pay-to-join program. Siebel was not available for comment.
