MySoftware Upgrades Mailing Program

MySoftware, Palo Alto, CA, has released an updated version of its

MyMailList software that is designed to assist small and medium-sized businesses

and non-profits with greater than normal mailing needs and can save them up to 84 percent on postage.

MyMailList Professional is being positioned as a more complete package than the MyMailList Deluxe and MyMailList & Address Book products that it sells to small businesses of 20 employees or less. The new software automates the entire bulk mail process and completes all postal forms.

Its built-in U.S. postal database checks and corrects addresses and adds ZIP+4 codes. Mailing lists can be imported into the database or users can work with existing databases. While the original could print 200 sizes and types of labels and other materials, the new version can print more than 800.

MMLP is bundled with a one-year subscription to MyAddressChecker, which

ensures CASS certification and bulk-mail discount qualification, and MyPostalUpdates. It can be integrated with MyBusinessPublisher, MyBusinessEmailer, a change of address update service and the just-released MyProspects list creation software to automate the entire marketing process.

MySoftware announced last week that MyProspects will be populated with data on 13 million businesses from Experian, Orange, CA, and 112 million households from Polk, Detroit, MI.

MMLP retails for $399 and can be ordered via phone (1-800-325-3508), the

Web (www.mymaillist.com) or through resellers. Users of the earlier MyMailList products can apply the original amount paid to the purchase of MMLP.
