MP3.com Tunes to Fill Twin Cities Airport

MP3.com said yesterday that Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport became a subscriber to its Business Music Services.

The airport will begin receiving music from MP3.com that will be played throughout the facility including concourses, baggage claim, ticket counters, walkways and parking structures.

MP3.com's Business Music Services is a subscription program that makes customizable music and audio messaging available to businesses, including restaurants, fashion retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores and salons.

As part of the service, subscribers are able to control the music as well as the audio advertisements that are played.

A business can select the music and messaging they want to be played based on the demographics within an individual location using a Web-enabled password protected account.
