Monster’s calling

Career Web site Monster.com unveiled its global “Your Calling is Calling,” marketing campaign in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany and the Netherlands last week. The integrated campaign, which features print, TV, radio and online spots, will be rolled out to other countries in the coming months.

The multimedia effort created by New York-based BBDO Worldwide is meant inspire people to invest more energy in their careers and position Monster as more than just a marketplace for jobs, according to a statement from Monster CEO Sal Iannuzzi. As part of the online push, Monster deployed a new search engine across all of its global sites that is designed to improve the job search process.
