MKTG Services, an affiliate of CBC Companies, announced its acquisition of database marketing services firm MarketTouch on Friday.
The deal comes about four months after MarketTouch, Alpharetta, GA, exited the list management business and transferred about 120 managed files to MKTG. After that transition, MarketTouch continued to serve clients as a service bureau, list compiler and supplier of modeling and analytic services.
As the new owner of MarketTouch, MKTG will continue to provide these services as well as manage the firm's Real America Database of postal names and the eAmerica Opt-in E-Mail Database.
MarketTouch will remain in its current location. MKTG does list brokerage out of its New York headquarters and list management from its Newtown, PA, office.
