Miva Forms Pay-Per-Call and Click Deals With Four Firms

Online advertising network Miva made several new partnerships with Web properties in the United States. The company signed d istribution agreements with WorldNews, Quintura, Yaia Comunicaciones  and Funmobile.

“Miva’s mission is to help publishers effectively compete for audience and media spend, while protecting and monetizing their brand and content value online,” said Seb Bishop, London-based president of Miva. “These new partnerships signal progress that our positioning is resonating in the market.”

WorldNews will leverage Miva’s pay-per-click contextual advertising product. Ads will be matched to relevant content on the Web page.

For its part, Quintura can serve pay-per-click and pay-per-call ads using Miva’s service, giving users the choice of either clicking or calling through to relevant information.

Also, Yaia will leverage Miva’s services to deliver pay-per-click ads to users as part of an overall strategy to monetize their network’s traffic.

Funmobile customers can download games and ring tones to cell phone and mobile devices. Miva will deliver pay-per-click ads to Funmobile’s 2 million monthly users.
