MindShare Design Moving Into Enterprise E-mail Market

MindShare Design Inc., a provider of opt-in e-mail messaging services, is looking to add to its roster of enterprise clients and on Oct. 15 plans to release PMG Enterprise, an e-mail messaging service designed for large companies, to help accomplish its goal.

PMG Enterprise joins MindShare Design's three other e-mail messaging services, PMG Update, PMG Standard and PMG Pro.

PMG Enterprise offers click-through tracking that enables users to track the number of unique recipients who open the message, the number of links in the message the recipients click on and which links are attracting the recipients' attention. It also offers global unsubscribe and blocking, targeted delivery time of four hours for up to 2 million messages, HTML and AOL formats, and a Web-based interface.

“One of our objectives in creating PMG Enterprise was to develop a solution that took the uncertainty out of e-mail marketing,” said Steve Smith, MindShare Design's founder/CEO. “We created PMG Enterprise knowing that the large enterprise demands a reliable, easy way to deliver dynamic, permission-based content to large numbers of recipients.”

Pricing for MindShare Design's e-mail services depends on the number of recipients. The company offers free services for delivery up to 30 recipients. For delivery up to 300,000 recipients, prices range from $269.96 a month for PMG Update, $699.95 a month for PMG Standard and $1,499.95 a month fro PMG Pro.

Formerly PostMaster General, the company's e-mail services are used by more than 1,000 clients. MindShare Design, San Francisco, said it sent 3.8 billion e-mails in September.
