Acxiom Corp. said March 30 that CEO and president John Meyer and CFO Christopher Wolf have resigned from the company.
The company’s board of directors appointed Jerry Gramaglia, a board member, to serve as interim CEO while it searches for a permanent replacement. Gramaglia previously served as president and COO of E-Trade Group, and as a partner at Arrowpath Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. He has also held marketing or management positions at Nestle, PepsiCo, Imasco and Sprint.
