MessageMedia Inc. signed a 14-month deal to provide e-mail messaging services to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc., the company said yesterday.
The hotel chain plans to send multimedia promotional campaigns to its opt-in database and to members of its Starwood Preferred Guest loyalty program.
MessageMedia also said the contract calls for it to build and deliver Starwood Hotels' monthly e-statements for its Preferred Guest members.
Starwood Hotels operates more than 725 properties worldwide. MessageMedia is a permission-based e-mail messaging service provider based in Superior, CO.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
