Message Systems upgrades platform to help marketers get delivered

As spam continues to plague the e-mail industry, forcing legitimate mailers to face rigorous tests with ISPs in order to get delivered, marketers are turning more to deliverability technologies to help get messages through.

Message Systems
, an e-mail deliverability service provider, has released a new e-mail product called Delivery Manager 3.0 to help make it easier for marketers to deliver their messages.

The new platform is an upgrade to the existing platform, and all customers can upgrade if they like. The idea behind this version is to make a marketer’s e-mail-sending practices more transparent, to help them use this data to be more efficient.

“One of the major initiatives in 3.0 is to improve the usability and enhance the data that users have,” said George Schlossnagle, president /CEO at Message Systems. “We have access to extremely valuable information about our customers’ sending habits, and this can be very beneficial for them to look at. This gives an increased visibility into where their mail is going and whether or not it is getting there and an increased ability to associate various metrics back to events.”

The new platform also aims to help marketers look at this data and make decisions based on the findings.

“The insight and reporting is the first step. You can take that information to take action on it,” added Schlossnagle. “[That way we can] make sure that we are using this information in the best way possible.”
