Merkle names Andrews-Feldman first VP of marketing

Customer relationship marketing agency Merkle appointed Jeaneen Andrews-Feldman its first VP of marketing, effective April 22, DMNews has learned.

Andrews-Feldman most recently served as head of product and channel marketing at the Corporate Executive Board, an Arlington, VA-based consultancy.

“We’re looking to make marketing a strategic asset for Merkle, so I’ll be looking at developing lead-generation programs and developing our marketing strategy in support of each of the verticals that we have, as well as how we promote our agency capabilities,” she said.

Andrews-Feldman reports to Craig Dempster, CMO and EVP at Merkle. She oversees a team of four.

Merkle has made a number of prominent personnel moves in recent months. The agency promoted Dempster to CMO from VP of its Content Solutions Group in January. Last month, it named Marc Weninger its first chief creative officer. In September 2009, Merkle appointed Pete Mehr chief strategy officer for its healthcare marketing practice, which it launched earlier that year.
