WHITE PLAINS, NY — MeritDirect announced yesterday the debut of MeritMatch, a service designed to track results for multichannel marketers.
The product was launched here at the firm’s fifth annual Business Mailers Co-op and E-Mail Marketing Conference.
The Web-based tool lets mailers supply campaign result data to MeritDirect so it can be added to the MeritMatch archive to identify and analyze trends. Results are updated twice monthly.
Responders are matched to the archived mail files to determine what channels customers are coming through.
Using the MeritMatch data, mailers can track results by response rate and revenue and create lifetime value projections. The projections can be used in future mailings to target customers likely to become multi-buyers.
