MeritDirect Gains E-Mail Files, Enhanced MeritBase

MeritDirect, White Plains, NY, said yesterday that it was named list manager for the FEDweek e-mail list portfolio. The company also announced enhancements to its cooperative database MeritBase.

The FEDweek E-Mail Masterfile offers more than 286,600 federal employees, postal workers and retirees that receive one or more of four electronic newsletters. The file is selectable by geography and individual newsletter. It has a base price of $225/M.

The newsletter titles are also available as separate e-mail rental files. FEDweek Weekly has 189,500 addresses, Armed Forces News has 65,100 addresses, Federal Manager’s Daily Report has 37,700 addresses and Retirement & Financial Planning Report has 122,600 addresses.

Each file is selectable by geography and has a base price of $225.

MeritDirect also said that it has added Purchase-Trigger data to MeritBase, its proprietary cooperative business-to-business database. Purchase-Trigger data identifies changes in businesses such as ownership, name, address and Intelliscore credit data changes.

The data is licensed to MeritDirect from two leading providers, according to the company.
