MeritDirect, White Plains, NY, announced today that it is using an analysis tool from M4Internet that lets its clients measure how specific demographic profiles respond to e-mail marketing messages and campaigns.
The tool, M4Analyze, lets MeritDirect's clients gauge the success of an e-mail campaign within a specific demographic profile and predict the highest response rates, the company said. Detailed demographic response reports can be created within a Web-based interface and may be shared without compromising confidential user data.
