Innovative Medical Services, San Diego, has signed an agreement with Sales Group 2000 as part of an effort to market its products through direct mail and direct response television.
Sales Group 2000, Toronto, will help IMS expand distribution of its Pharmacist Recommended line of water-treatment products. Sales Group 2000 placed the IMS Nutripure 2000 filtration system in the 150,000-piece mailing of The Bay catalog in Canada. IMS has started to fill orders from that effort and expects sales to increase as the holiday season approaches, said Larry Lucas, vice president of sales at IMS.
Sales Group 2000 has launched products through various catalogs, including Sears, Hudson Bay Co. and Zellers, as well as through DRTV.
