MediaOne, Englewood, CO, one of the largest broadband communications companies in the United States, said yesterday that it has chosen marketing automation vendor Prime Response, Inc., Cambridge, MA, and its integrated eMarketing automation software to improve relationships with customers.
MediaOne initially will use Prime Response's Prime Vantage campaign management software to analyze, plan, execute and track one-to-one marketing campaigns. In the future, MediaOne plans to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns via the Web and e-mail using Prime Response's [email protected] product.
According to MediaOne, [email protected] will allow the company to capture customer data and dynamically personalize email transmissions and Web site interaction for each customer.
“Part of the business philosophy at MediaOne is to focus on our customers and to continuously provide them with value-added products and services,” said Mark Voboril, vice president consumer marketing and information, MediaOne. “Through the implementation of Prime Vantage, MediaOne will improve the return on our marketing investments.”
In addition, he said that the system will offer continuous learning, better targeting and closed loop marketing, “allowing MediaOne to increase its product visibility and marketability by offering the right product mix, to the right customer and prospect, at the right time, positively impacting our bottom line.”
