RTMS, Milwaukee, this week announced it will provide individualized marketing solutions to McCoy’s Building Supply Centers, San Marcos, TX. McCoy’s will use RTMS’ software, Archer, to manage millions of purchasing details and develop customized communications to suit the interests of extremely narrow groups or single customers.
The solution will be implemented immediately in order to create customized direct mail campaigns before the end of the year. The company is also going to expand its customer surveys, which will help the company make decisions about expansion, merchandise selection, and additional products and services.
