MBS, a provider of advanced marketing database solutions, yesterday announced the introduction of Klondike 5.5, an enhanced version of its online database solution.
The announcement was made at the MBS’ User Forum, Building Better Solutions, held May 23 and 24 at the Inn at East Wind Conference Center, Wading River, NY.
Klondike 5.5 will offer MBS’ clients new features and functionality that support their ability to target more effectively and measure results across channels for greater understanding of customer behavior. Key upgrades include advanced data mining, campaign management and report writing enhancements.
Building Better Solutions features an array of speakers, including keynote Michael Tchong of Ubercool LLC. Other speakers include Bloomingdale’s Joanna Kartalis, who shared a success story on driving double-digit incremental revenue using Klondike’s integrated Quadstone analytical solution, Arts and Entertainment’s Mike Marino, who presented on AETN’s use of the Net Promoter concept to identify best customers and drive greater customer satisfaction, as well as members of MBS’ professional staff.
