Direct marketing data provider MarketTouch yesterday said that it enhanced its Real America Database with consumer spending data from DemoMetrics Corp.
Since it has been enhanced with DemoMetrics Consumer Spending Estimates, users of the database now can select prospects likely to spend money in categories such as life insurance, mobile telecommunications, retail, restaurants, revolving credit, continuity clubs and charitable contributions.
Oak Brook, IL-based DemoMetrics bases its data on proprietary statistical models of consumer expenditure that require only basic demographic facts. They use direct model-based projections of annual consumer spending for each household.
The Real America Database consists of 98 million households and 196 million individual consumers compiled from more than 18 data sources by MarketTouch, Alpharetta, GA.
