DemandMore·Projects lets companies reduce campaign lead time by automating planning, project management and execution. It is designed for companies that generate multichannel marketing campaigns through multiple business units. It offers these components:
· Centralized Marketing Project Management Hub, which oversees planning, project management and coordination functions throughout the organization and among external agencies.
· Project & Task Manager, which factors in project interdependencies, automatically updates the project timeline when dates change, and tracks and monitors the status of projects in real time.
· Collaborative Project Manager, which allows collaboration across the organization and with external agencies.
· Approval Manager, which coordinates the approval process, streamlines logistics and reduces bottlenecks.
· E-Mail Notifier, which automatically alerts users of critical tasks, milestones and required approvals.
· Report Manager, which provides real-time visibility into all marketing programs, available resources, critical deadlines and deliverables.
· The product starts at $200,000 for the licensed version and $10,000 a month for the hosted version.
