Marketing-247 Inc. and Indexonly Technologies Inc. signed a letter of intent for a due diligence process to explore a merger of the two online marketing firms.
Marketing-247 is a holding company, one of its firms being PEM Letterhead, a seller of personalized e-mail letterheads for individuals and firms that can be downloaded online.
Indexonly is the creator of a location-based, online business directory for geographically targeted information. Its software allows for multiple search modes like telephone number, ZIP code, street names, Web addresses and e-mail contacts.
