Maritz Research, a unit of Maritz Inc., has allied with research technology provider Invoke Solutions to introduce a new mobile research platform in the United States.
Called Invoke Ping, the platform will let marketers conduct research directly with consumers at the point of experience, including while they are buying in stores.
Industries like automotive, retail and hospitality will be targeted for this service, according to Invoke Solutions, Waltham, MA. A beta version of Invoke Ping will be available next month for clients working with Maritz Research and Invoke Solutions.
The Invoke Ping data, collected through participating consumers’ cell phones, will be reported and analyzed in real time to let users respond quickly to trends. Portal-based access and an interactive dashboard will be offered.
