Group 1 Software, Lanham, MD, a database marketing software provider, has announced that Manhattan East Suite Hotels, New York, has selected its DataDesigns Database Marketing system, MAGIC, in its 10 New York properties and its corporate offices. The system was custom designed to help Manhattan East enhance its guest services and recognition to help increase its customer retention and return rates.
The system will allow the company to track room feature and newspaper preferences, favorite pillows, food and beverage choices, guests' birthdays and other data. DataDesigns has four components tailored and integrated for each customer's unique business applications. They include: data hygiene, data analysis, output routines and campaign management.
