Mal Dunn Associates Inc. completed its acquisition of gay and lesbian list firm Metamorphics Media last week after agreeing to purchase the firm from founder and chairman Sean Strub in October 2000.
Now that the merger is complete, Metamorphics will operate from the Mal Dunn offices in Brewster, NY, as opposed to its former Manhattan location. Metamorphics will continue to serve the gay and lesbian list market.
In other Mal Dunn news, last week the firm's list management division took over 13 Grey House Publishing business resource directory files and its database division introduced four new lists.
The 13 Grey House lists include Thomas Food & Beverage Marketplace, Directory of Mail Order Catalogs, The HMO/PPO Directory, Directory of Hospital Personnel, Business Information Resources Directory, Research Services Directory and The Grey House Performing Arts Directory.
The new database files are MarketShare Continuity Program Buyers, Business Publication Subscribers, Business Publication Subscribers at Home and Female Home Based Business Owners.
