Online list service specialist MailNet, Nashville, TN, improved file size and turnaround time on its Move Update solution, which MailNet's customers must use to qualify for postal discounts by the U.S. Postal Service.
Now, customers with files that include up to 50,000 records can receive six-month move update processing — also known as MailNet's FastForward solution — in less than an hour. With files of up to 1 million records, processing is available in 24 hours from the time it is received. Same-day rush service is available on files of up to 25,000 records.
