Blue Martini Software, San Mateo, CA, said yesterday that Lufthansa WorldShop, a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Group, has switched to Blue Martini to power its multi-channel business.
Lufthansa WorldShop sells to customers worldwide via the web, call center, mail order catalog, in-flight service and airport stores. Blue Martini will enable Lufthansa WorldShop to provide customers with synchronized experiences across all touch points — in the store, through the call center and online.
