List Technology Systems Group Inc. is relocating its offices out of New York City to Massapequa Park, NY.
“I’m right in the middle of emptying out and moving furniture,” said president Thomas Taylor. “Despite rumors, we’re still around. We still have list managed properties and list brokerage clients. We have a bank account. We have receivables. It’s a struggle for everybody, but I’m not a quitter.”
Though the company downsized its New York staff, “we’re also doing rehiring” once the company is relocated, Taylor said. He also said executive vice president Chris Salvo left the company July 31 and is no longer a partner.
