Logos taps Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Logos Bible Software has signed on Microsoft Dynamics CRM to replace its existing CRM system.

Logos chose the software because it allows staff to gather all customer information in a single system. The company said itsáprevious CRM program required service representatives to search multiple, unconnected databases for customer information.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides real-time access to data as well as tracking and report capabilities.

Ease of training also played a role in Logos’ choice. The company already used Microsoft Dynamics GP software, so the interface is familiar to employees. Training will occur in-house, and Logos executives expect training costs to fall by as much as 75%.

Licensing costs will drop as well – by 40% – allowing Logos to give more employees access to the system.

Microsoft Gold Certified Partner Madronas Solutions Group helped Logos integrate the new system into its current operations.

Logos, based in Bellingham, WA, provides Bible study software to clergy, seminary students, missionaries and lay leaders in more than 180 countries.
