LLKFB, a direct marketing agency in the Omnicom Group Inc. portfolio, promoted co-founder Loreen Babcock from president to chairman/CEO.
The New York shop also hired David Finkel for the newly combined dual titles of president and chief operating officer. He formerly was chairman/CEO of Brann Worldwide, now renamed and part of Havas Advertising's Euro RSCG 4D agency brand.
The shakeup led to the departure of Harry Koenig, LLKFB's chief operating officer and co-founder. He becomes a consultant to startup companies. Bob Lieber, another co-founder, left the agency last year to start The Lieber Group, a consultancy.
