National Response List Marketing said yesterday that it signed a merger agreement with Conrad Direct.
Effective immediately, clients of NRLM will use the list brokerage services of Conrad Direct and in the near future its list management clients will also be transferred to Conrad.
“They will be getting out of the list business. We will be doing the list work for their clients,” said Thomas Colwell, vice president of brokerage at Conrad Direct Inc., Cresskill, NJ.
NRLM, Alexandria, VA, was created in 1994 by Jody Warfield and Gregory Munford to serve the list needs of their respective direct marketing agencies' clients. Warfield is president of Warfield & Walsh while Munford is principal at B-M-D.
Colwell said the transition should be smooth due to a previous working relationship as well as affinity between the firms. Both companies specialize in nonprofit and political fundraising direct marketing.
