NCRI Offers Credit Score Index
NCRI List Management, Englewood Cliffs, NJ, debuted its Credit Score Index.
The product ranks households by integrating recent and historical transactional data with NCRI's demographic and lifestyle characteristics. Neighborhood clusters are identified and given a score from 300 to 900, with 900 being the best. Mailers can use it to segment files or as a predictive tool.
Unlike individual credit reports, the score can be used by all mailers, not just those sending preapproved offers of credit, NCRI said.
