Unica Corp., Lincoln, MA, is expected to announce today that Liberty Group Limited reports improvement in all metrics since implementing Unica's Affinium to analyze customer data last fall. The announcement is to come at the National Center for Database Marketing Summer 2002 Conference in Philadelphia.
Liberty is a South African financial services organization that focuses on developing, marketing and managing investment and insurance products.
Based on results of a seven-month pilot during which 50 Liberty sales agents used Affinium to conduct 30 targeted marketing campaigns, Liberty plans to roll out the solution to 200 sales agents and 100 call center agents over the next few months and to additional agents thereafter.
Liberty representatives will use Affinium to better understand and anticipate customer behaviors and preferences.
