Tad Clarke’s editorial suggesting a name change from DMA to DIMA was interesting. Obviously DM News has felt the move to Internet marketing since it is billing itself as “The Newspaper of Record for Direct and Interactive Marketers.”
If the DMA were to rename itself to DIMA, I assume that you would follow suit by renaming your paper to DIM News. Unfortunately, that can be viewed as news that’s not so bright. How about IDMA and IDM News?
