Letter: Gelderman Group Will Continue to Operate for Years to Come

I was reading DM News and imagine my outrage when I read in an article penned by David Avrick (“Deal Making Chokes the List Business,” Nov. 4) that my company was somehow associated with a number of companies that have ceased to operate. Let me assure you that Gelderman Group is alive and doing very well.

It is incorrect and irresponsible to suggest that Gelderman Group is in danger of going out of business. We have been successfully conducting business since 1989 and will continue to operate for years to come.

I really don’t care for Avrick’s opinions or thoughts. I don’t know the man or his company, and I can assure you that he doesn’t know me or mine! However, the minute he decides to address my reputation, I have no choice but to voice a rebuttal. Shame on you, DM News, for not being more diligent when it comes to fact checking. You really dropped the ball on this one.
