Leadership moves at Edith Roman before Infogroup shareholder vote

A leadership shakeup at list management company Edith Roman & Associates has resulted in Greg Grdodian’s promotion to president of Edith Roman-ePost Direct. Former co-presidents Steve and Wayne Roberts are no longer with the firm.

Grdodian confirmed that Steve and Wayne Roberts are no longer with the firm but referred other personnel questions to Ed Mallin, president of the Infogroup Services Group.

The personnel moves are among the latest changes at Edith Roman and its parent company Infogroup. Shareholders are scheduled to vote June 29 on CCMP Capital Advisors’ planned acquisition of Infogroup. CCMP announced it would buy Infogroup in March for a total of $635 million and transition the company to a full-service direct marketing firm. Vin Gupta, Infogroup’s founder and former CEO and chairman, will no longer be involved with the company.

Mallin could not be immediately reached for comment.

The firm also promoted Chris Longo to EVP of Edith Roman-ePost Direct at the time.
